1. 14-day right of withdrawal

You generally have 14 days from receipt of your order to withdraw from the purchase under the statutory right of withdrawal.

If more than 14 days have passed since receipt of the goods, we can generally no longer offer a return or refund under the statutory right of withdrawal.

Your statutory rights in the event of defective, damaged or incorrectly delivered goods remain unaffected.

2. Conditions for a return

Products can generally be returned under the statutory right of withdrawal, unless the right of withdrawal is excluded by law.

Where possible, please return the products in their original packaging and include proof of purchase, your order number or the email address used for the order.

There is no right of withdrawal for sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons if their product-related seal has been removed after delivery.

This applies in particular to products where a protective seal, security film, security band, hygiene seal or comparable product-related seal has been opened, removed or damaged.

Simply opening the shipping box does not count as removing the product-related seal.

3. Return process

So that we can process your return quickly and clearly, please proceed as follows:

1. Get in touch
Send us an email at hello [at] energypouches [dot] de and please state your order number, your name and the products you would like to return.

2. Quick review by us
We review your request and let you know the next steps. In doing so, we consider in particular whether the right of withdrawal applies or whether there is a defect, damage or incorrect delivery.

3. Receive return instructions
If a return is possible, we will send you the relevant instructions for the return and for correctly assigning your parcel.

4. Send back the goods
Please send the products, securely packed, to the return address provided.

Please note that for sealed products that are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons, the right of withdrawal may lapse if the product-related seal has been removed after delivery.

5. Inspection & refund
Once your return has reached us, we will inspect the goods and inform you about further processing and, where applicable, the refund.

Your statutory rights remain unaffected.

Contacting us in advance helps us process and assign your return, but it is not a requirement for the effective exercise of your statutory right of withdrawal.

For returns, please also note the rules on the right of withdrawal and the statutory exclusion of the right of withdrawal for certain sealed goods for health protection or hygiene reasons.

5. Return costs

Unless the item is defective, damaged or incorrectly delivered, you bear the direct costs of the return.

We cannot accept unfranked returns unless we have expressly agreed to them in advance.

Your statutory rights in the event of defective, damaged or incorrectly delivered goods remain unaffected.

6. Damage & problems

Please check your order as soon as possible after receipt.

If possible, send us your order number and photos of the affected item and the packaging.

We will review the matter and arrange a suitable solution.

Your statutory warranty rights remain unaffected.

7. Exceptions / non-returnable items

The statutory right of withdrawal does not apply in particular to goods for which a statutory exclusion applies.

These may include in particular:

sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons if their product-related seal has been removed after delivery;
products where a protective seal, security film, security band, hygiene seal or comparable product-related seal has been opened, removed or damaged after delivery, provided the statutory requirements for excluding the right of withdrawal are met;
goods made to customer specifications or clearly tailored to personal needs;
other goods for which the right of withdrawal is excluded by law.

Reduced products or promotional items can generally also be returned within the statutory withdrawal period, provided no statutory exclusion of the right of withdrawal applies.

The respective statutory provisions apply to gift cards and comparable products.

8. Exchanges

A direct exchange is generally not possible.

If you would like a different product, you can return the original item under the statutory right of withdrawal, provided the requirements are met, and then place a new order.

Your statutory warranty rights in the event of defective or incorrectly delivered goods remain unaffected.

9. Refunds

Once your return has reached us, we will inspect the goods and inform you about the refund.

For a justified return, we refund the corresponding payments via the payment method originally used, unless otherwise agreed.

If you validly withdraw from the entire order, we will generally also refund the cost of our cheapest standard delivery offered.

Additional costs incurred because you chose a type of delivery other than the cheapest standard delivery we offer will not be refunded.

If you return only part of your order, shipping costs will generally only be refunded to the extent required by law.

The refund will be made via the payment method originally used, unless expressly agreed otherwise.

Depending on the payment provider, bank or credit card company, it may take additional time after we have initiated the refund for the credit to appear in your account.
