We ship within Germany and to selected European countries. The shipping options and shipping costs available for your delivery address are also shown at checkout.

1. Shipping within Germany

Delivery time: usually 2–5 business days

DHL Parcel – Standard: 4,99 €
including tracking and insurance.

Free shipping:
For orders of 39,00 €, we ship free of charge within Germany.

2. Shipping to other EU countries

We currently deliver to the following European countries:

Luxembourg
Netherlands
Slovakia

Spain

DHL Premium International: 6,99 €

Shipments are tracked. You will receive the tracking number once your order has been shipped.

Delivery times may vary depending on the destination country.

Free shipping to other EU countries:
For orders of 69,00 €, we ship free of charge to the countries listed above.

3. Other countries and shipping restrictions

Regular shipping is currently offered exclusively to the countries listed above.

Restrictions may apply to certain islands, special territories or remote regions. The shipping options offered at checkout for your specific delivery address apply.

4. Processing and tracking

Orders are processed as quickly as possible. Processing times may be longer at weekends, on public holidays or during periods of particularly high order volume.
