Our story doesn't begin with the founding of energypouches.de, but much earlier. We first came into contact with pouches in 2017. Back then, the topic was still new to us — more something you discover, lose sight of again, and that later keeps resurfacing in life.

It really became tangible in 2021, during our exchange semester in Norway. There, pouches were a much more visible part of everyday life than back home in Germany. During that time, the format became far more graspable for us in a different way. It was there that nicotine pouches once again played a bigger role and stayed with us for a while afterward.

The deeper we dove into the world of modern pouches, the clearer it became to us how much innovation already exists in Europe in this space.
