Important note: Once we receive your withdrawal, we review your case individually and get back to you as quickly as possible. There is no automatic processing – we review every withdrawal personally.

Please note: For sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons, the right of withdrawal may expire if the seal has been removed after delivery.

Consumer right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, other than the carrier, took possession of the last goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from the contract by means of an unequivocal statement. You can do this, for example, via the electronic withdrawal function on this page, by letter or by email.

You can use the electronic withdrawal function on this page or the model withdrawal form below, but it is not obligatory.

If you use the electronic withdrawal function, enter the required details and confirm the withdrawal using the “Confirm withdrawal” button. Once we receive your withdrawal, you will receive an electronic acknowledgment of receipt.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication before the 14-day period has expired.

Effects of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including the cost of our cheapest standard delivery.

Additional costs for a different shipping method, such as express shipping, will not be refunded.

In the case of a partial withdrawal of individual products, we will refund the purchase price of the returned products. Original delivery costs are only refunded for partial withdrawals where required by law.

Reimbursement will be made without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day on which we received your notice of withdrawal.

We will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you. You will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or until you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.

You must send back the goods to us without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day on which you informed us of your withdrawal.

The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the 14-day period has expired.

You will bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

Exclusion of the right of withdrawal for opened hygiene products

Our products are hygiene and consumable products for oral use.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons if they were unsealed after delivery.

This applies in particular to energy pouches, food supplements and comparable products if a protective seal, safety film, security band, hygiene seal or comparable product-related seal has been opened, removed or damaged.

For hygiene and health protection reasons, we cannot take back or refund opened, used or unsealed products.

Merely opening the shipping box does not count as opening the product.
