Fresh Mint, Mango and Cola – all three also in the Starter Pack.
Any PF Energy flavour is good for beginners – with 65 mg they're all a great place to start. That way you get a feel for the effect and timing and can adjust the strength later depending on your day, sport or time of day.
Take a pouch out of the can and place it between your upper lip and gum. It stays there for about 10 to 30 minutes – don't chew or swallow. The caffeine is absorbed through the lining of your mouth. Then take the pouch out and throw it in the household waste, or park it briefly in the lid compartment of the can.
That depends on the strength of the flavour and your other caffeine intake. According to EFSA, up to 200 mg of caffeine at once and up to 400 mg per day are considered safe for healthy adults – coffee, tea and energy drinks count too. Listen to your body and don't take several strong pouches one after another.
