How do I use ZAP pouches?

Take a pouch out of the can and place it between your upper lip and gum. It stays there for about 10 to 30 minutes – don't chew or swallow. The caffeine is absorbed through the lining of your mouth. Then take the pouch out and throw it in the household waste, or park it briefly in the lid compartment of the can.

How many ZAP pouches per day are okay?

That depends on the strength of the flavour and your other caffeine intake. According to EFSA, up to 200 mg of caffeine at once and up to 400 mg per day are considered safe for healthy adults – coffee, tea and energy drinks count too. Listen to your body and don't take several strong pouches one after another.
