Many people think energy pouches are harmful because they look like snus. Classic snus and nicotine pouches contain nicotine and often tobacco. Nicotine is addictive, and tobacco is linked to well-known health risks – including for the gums and oral mucosa.

Energy pouches contain neither tobacco nor nicotine. The risks known from snus stem mainly from exactly these two substances. The active ingredient in energy pouches is caffeine – the same substance as in coffee or tea – often complemented by vitamins.

These claims apply only to flavors containing a significant amount of the respective vitamin (at least 15% of the reference intake per serving). L-theanine is an amino acid found in tea; there is no authorized health claim for it.

With larger orders, items may be shipped from different warehouses. In that case you'll receive several tracking numbers.

If your tracking hasn't updated for a long time, or it shows as delivered although you didn't receive it, email us with your order number at hello@energypouches.de. We'll open an investigation.
