1. 14-day return right

You have 14 days from receipt of your order to withdraw from your purchase.

If more than 14 days have passed since delivery, we unfortunately cannot offer a return or refund under the statutory right of withdrawal. Your statutory rights in the event of defective, damaged or incorrectly delivered goods remain unaffected.

2. Return eligibility

Products can be returned if they are unopened, unused and have an intact product-related seal.

Please return the products in their original packaging where possible and include proof of purchase, your order number or the email address used for the order.

We cannot take back or refund opened, used or unsealed products for reasons of hygiene and health protection. This applies in particular if a protective seal, safety film, safety band, hygiene seal or comparable product-related seal has been opened, removed or damaged.

Simply opening the shipping box does not count as opening the product.

3. Return process

To help us review your return quickly and fairly, please proceed as follows:

Brief review by us
We review your request individually and check whether the products are eligible for return. In particular, we check whether the products are unopened, unused and have an intact product-related seal, or whether there is a defect, damage or incorrect delivery.
Receive return instructions
If a return is possible, we will send you the relevant return instructions and information to help us correctly assign your return.
Return the goods
Please send the products securely packaged to the return address provided. Please do not return opened, used or unsealed products, as we cannot refund these for hygiene and health protection reasons.
Review & refund
Once we receive your return, we will check the condition of the products and inform you about the refund.

We review every case individually and try to find a fair solution for both sides. Your statutory rights remain unaffected.

Contacting us in advance helps us process your return, but it is not a requirement for effectively exercising your statutory right of withdrawal.

Please do not return opened, used or unsealed products, as we cannot put them back into circulation or refund them for hygiene and health protection reasons.

5. Return shipping costs

Unless the item is defective, damaged or incorrectly delivered, you bear the direct costs of returning the goods.

We cannot accept freight-collect returns unless we have expressly agreed to them in advance.

6. Damage & problems

Please check your order immediately after receipt.

If an item is defective, damaged or incorrectly delivered, please contact us as soon as possible at hello [at] energypouches [dot] de.

Where possible, send us your order number and photos of the affected item and packaging. We review every case individually and look for a fair solution. Your statutory warranty rights remain unaffected.

7. Exceptions / non-returnable items

The following cannot be returned or refunded:

opened, used or unsealed products, provided these are not suitable for return for reasons of hygiene and health protection;
products where a protective seal, safety film, safety band, hygiene seal or comparable product-related seal has been opened, removed or damaged;
products made to customer specifications or clearly tailored to personal needs;
other goods that are legally excluded from the right of withdrawal.

Discounted products or promotional goods can generally also be returned within the statutory withdrawal period if they are unopened, unused and have an intact product-related seal.

Gift cards are excluded from returns to the extent permitted by law.

8. Exchanges

Direct exchanges are generally not possible.

If you would like a different product, you can return the original item under the right of withdrawal if the requirements are met and then place a new order.

9. Refunds

Once we receive your return, we will check the condition of the products and inform you about the refund.

For an eligible return, we will refund the purchase price of the returned products.

If you withdraw from the entire order, we will also refund the cost of our cheapest standard delivery. Costs for express shipping or other more expensive shipping methods will not be refunded.

If you return only part of your order, we generally refund only the purchase price of the returned products.

The refund will be made to the original payment method. Depending on your payment provider, bank or credit card company, it may take a few additional days for the refund to become visible.
