1. 14-Day Right of Return

You have 14 days from receipt of your order to withdraw from the purchase.

If more than 14 days have passed since delivery, we can unfortunately no longer offer a return or refund under the right of withdrawal. Your statutory rights in the case of defective, damaged or incorrectly delivered goods remain unaffected.

2. Return Eligibility

Products can be returned if they are unopened, unused and have an intact product-related seal.

If possible, please return the products in their original packaging and include proof of purchase, your order number or the email address used when ordering.

For reasons of hygiene and health protection, we cannot take back or refund opened, used or unsealed products. This applies in particular if a protective seal, security film, security band, hygiene seal or comparable product-related seal has been opened, removed or damaged.

Merely opening the shipping box does not count as opening the product.

3. Return Process

So that we can review your return quickly and fairly, please proceed as follows:

1. Get in touch
Send us an email to hello [at] energypouches [dot] de and please state your order number, your name and the products you would like to return.

2. Brief review by us
We review your request individually and check whether the products qualify for a return. In particular, we look at whether the products are unopened, unused and have an intact product-related seal, or whether there is a defect, damage or an incorrect delivery.

3. Receive return instructions
If a return is possible, we will send you the appropriate instructions for returning the goods and for correctly assigning your return.

4. Send back the goods
Please send the products securely packaged to the return address provided. Please do not send back any opened, used or unsealed products, as we cannot refund these for reasons of hygiene and health protection.

5. Inspection & refund
As soon as your return has arrived, we will check the condition of the products and inform you about the refund.

We review every case individually and try to find a fair solution for both sides. Your statutory rights remain unaffected.

Contacting us in advance helps us with processing but is not a requirement for effectively exercising your statutory right of withdrawal.

Please do not send back any opened, used or unsealed products, as for reasons of hygiene and health protection we cannot put these back into circulation and cannot refund them.

5. Return Shipping Costs

Unless the item is defective, damaged or was delivered incorrectly, you bear the direct costs of returning the goods.

We cannot accept unpaid (freight collect) returns unless we have expressly agreed to the unpaid return in advance.

6. Damage & Problems

Please check your order immediately upon receipt.

If possible, send us your order number as well as photos of the affected item and the packaging. We review every case individually and look for a fair solution. Your statutory warranty rights remain unaffected.

7. Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

The following cannot be returned or refunded:

opened, used or unsealed products, insofar as they are not suitable for return for reasons of hygiene and health protection;
products where a protective seal, security film, security band, hygiene seal or comparable product-related seal has been opened, removed or damaged;
products made to customer specifications or clearly tailored to personal needs;
other goods that are excluded from the right of withdrawal by law.

Discounted products or promotional goods can in principle also be returned within the statutory withdrawal period, provided they are unopened, unused and have an intact product-related seal.

Gift cards are excluded from returns to the extent permitted by law.

8. Exchanges

A direct exchange is generally not possible.

If you would like a different product, you can return the original item under the right of withdrawal, provided the requirements for this are met, and then place a new order.

9. Refunds

As soon as your return has arrived, we will check the condition of the products and inform you about the refund.

In the case of a justified return, we will refund the purchase price of the returned products.

If you withdraw from the entire order, we will additionally refund the costs of our cheapest standard delivery. Costs for express shipping or other more expensive shipping methods will not be refunded.

If you only return part of your order, we will in principle only refund the purchase price of the returned products.

The refund will be made via the original payment method. Depending on the payment provider, bank or credit card company, it may take a few additional days for the repayment to become visible.
