Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), and subject to the legal requirements, you can request access to your personal data, have it corrected or deleted, and request its portability.

To protect your data, confirmation of your email address or additional identity verification may be required. We generally respond to your request within one month. In cases provided for by law, this period may be extended.

Please note that certain data cannot be deleted immediately due to statutory retention obligations or other legitimate reasons.

Many people wonder whether energy pouches are harmful. In short: with normal use, they're no cause for concern for healthy adults.

✓ No nicotine, no tobacco. So none of what makes classic snus problematic.
✓ Caffeine just like in coffee or energy drinks: The European Food Safety Authority (EFSA) considers up to 400 mg of caffeine per day and 200 mg at once safe for healthy adults.¹ The exact amount per pouch is listed on every product page.
✓ No sugar, no drinking, no carbonation: Many flavors are sugar-free, unlike most energy drinks.
✓ Plus vitamins: Many flavors contain B vitamins. Vitamin B12, for example, contributes to normal energy-yielding metabolism.²

As with coffee: if you're very sensitive to caffeine, you may occasionally notice restlessness or trouble falling asleep. In that case, simply choose a flavor with less caffeine.

Food supplements are not a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Keep out of reach of children. Not suitable for children or pregnant and breastfeeding women. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.

Many people think energy pouches are harmful because they look like snus. Classic snus and nicotine pouches contain nicotine and often tobacco. Nicotine is addictive, and tobacco is linked to well-known health risks – including for the gums and oral mucosa.

Energy pouches contain neither tobacco nor nicotine. The risks known from snus stem mainly from exactly these two substances. The active ingredient in energy pouches is caffeine – the same substance as in coffee or tea – often complemented by vitamins.

What makes snus problematic for your mouth isn't in energy pouches. Energy pouches contain no tobacco and no nicotine, and many flavors are sugar-free. Sugar is considered one of the main causes of tooth decay.

The pouch itself is made of plant fibers, similar to a tea bag. Most users don't notice anything in everyday use.

In rare cases, very sensitive gums may become slightly irritated if the pouch always sits in the same spot. Our tip: switch sides now and then and don't keep the pouch in for longer than 60 minutes. If something does feel irritated, just take a short break.
